SPIRULINA, BANANA AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Today I want to share with you one of the favorite smoothies of recent weeks: spirulina, banana, blueberry, vegetable milk smoothie and vanilla . I like it so much that it is becoming the protagonist of many of my mornings, the combination of flavors is a delight, it is strong enough to have for breakfast without any other accompaniment and we are also going to benefit from the magnificent properties of spirulina.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, chopped and frozen (you can also use unfrozen fruit)
  • 100 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 glass/glass and a half of vegetable milk to taste
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder

INSTRUCTIONS

We place all the ingredients in the blender glass and process until we obtain a thick liquid. The amount of milk is up to taste, depending on how you like the consistency of the shake.
